A Dukascopy alternative for turning USDT into bank money
Dukascopy clients sell USDT to each other on 911 Crypto P2P. As a Dukascopy alternative, Unigox sells USDT or USDC for local money paid to your bank. For forex or a Swiss account, stay with Dukascopy.
When to stay with Dukascopy
You trade forex or CFDs
Dukascopy is a bank and securities firm offering leveraged CFD trading, crypto CFDs included, long or short. Unigox offers no trading of this kind.
You want a Swiss bank account
Dukascopy's Multi-Currency Account has individual IBANs for SWIFT, SEPA and SIX transfers, virtual or plastic cards, and Swiss deposit protection up to CHF 100,000 per client. USDT you send in is held there as a USDT investment, with a 1% purchase fee and a 1.5% yearly maintenance fee.
You want the bank to hold the buyer's money
On 911 Crypto P2P, Dukascopy Bank blocks the buyer's money until the crypto arrives. The seller fee is a flat 0.5%, and you can send on any network the buyer accepts.

Dukascopy questions
How else can a Dukascopy client sell USDT?
Dukascopy clients can sell USDT on 911 Crypto P2P to another client, for money on a Dukascopy account and a 0.5% seller fee; P2P needs a USD account. A USDT deposit into Dukascopy itself must be ERC-20 and is processed only on Geneva business days. On Unigox you sell USDT or USDC in the currency you pick, and a P2P merchant or a payment business pays the bank account you add. Traders and anyone who wants a Swiss IBAN and card should keep Dukascopy.
Is Unigox one of the Dukascopy alternatives for forex traders?
No. Unigox runs no forex or CFD trading, so a trader looking for another broker should compare brokers. Unigox replaces only the crypto part: turning USDT or USDC into local money. We also compare Unigox with Wise and Deblock, two other accounts people in Europe use, and say when to stay with each.
See all comparisonsWhat are Dukascopy's fees for turning USDT into bank money?
On 911 Crypto P2P the seller pays 0.5% of the fiat amount, and the money arrives on the Dukascopy account. A USDT deposit to a Multi-Currency Account is free, but it buys a USDT investment at the 1% purchase fee. Selling it costs another 1% and holding it 1.5% a year. A SEPA withdrawal costs 2.3 EUR, or 7.50 EUR to certain financial institutions. On a linked partner crypto exchange, Dukascopy lists 0.3% on the sale, and the exchange sets its own fees. Unigox puts its fee inside the rate for your amount, shown before you accept.
Can I sell USDT on Unigox and keep my Dukascopy account?
Yes. The buyer of your USDT, a P2P merchant or a payment business, pays the bank account you add, and that can be your Dukascopy IBAN. Dukascopy's fee table lists transfers from third-party accounts as free up to CHF 50,000, then 25 CHF up to CHF 150,000 and 50 CHF over that. Third-party payments over CHF 50,000 from sources such as crypto add a 0.5% deposit fee (at least CHF 250, at most CHF 5,000). From the 8th third-party incoming payment in a calendar month, it may also charge 0.5%, at least CHF 1.
